Two municipal business areas are being developed and/or are available in Breda at this moment i.e. Rithmeester Park mainly intended for the development of Dinalog Campus and Werkdonken for the sale of 12 residence cum business lots and three non-residential ones.

There is also a private business area the bigger part of which is available at Greenery (with a net capacity of 17 hectares, a former auction site which is being restructured) and at Digit Parc Breda (with a net capacity of 3.3 hectares), a park-like area with many facilities. It will be sold on the North-Eastern side of Breda.
